About Us…

Hi There,

We’re Daniel and Erin. We met bartending on Cape Cod six years ago and we quickly bonded over our similar work ethics and interests. Cut to present day, we are married and have two sweet baby boys. We’ve both had years of restaurant and catering experience and after many conversations we knew that there could be a better way to do cocktails at an event. We were tired of serving drinks on plastic tables covered in a cloth with watered down ice and sad looking mixers. This all led us to create Dandelion Bar Car; a full service mobile camper bar.

We drove from New York to Pennsylvania to pick up a very beat up 1962 Shasta Camper. With the help of a lot of family and friends we completely gutted the whole thing, ripped out the floors and one whole wall and rebuilt her to be our dream bar.

This camper bar is fully stocked. Complete with two ice wells, a kegerator, running water, a generator for self sufficiency as well as two experienced bartenders, this mobile bar is ready for any event!

We are located in Styuvesant, NY and are available for events in and around the Hudson Valley region of Upstate New York.
